The plywood pieces of the design come from Better Block's Wikiblock, a digitally fabricated library of street-furniture designs that anyone, anywhere can download for free, cut out using a CNC (computer numerical control ) router, and build without any glue, screws, or nails.
How to get involved
Time:
Initial planning should take approximately 3–6 hours. Obtaining permits may require a few hours to a couple of days. Fabrication of the parklet may take a few days, and installation should take only a couple of hours
