SAY LEAD is delivered by Selangor Youth Community, a youth-focused organisation working to empower communities through skills development, entrepreneurship programmes, and social impact initiatives.
The programme emphasises accessibility, practical learning, and inclusive participation for entrepreneurs with disabilities. Training modules focus on core areas such as financial management, branding, digital marketing, and online sales.
Participants learn how to use social media and digital tools to reach customers, strengthen their business identity, and expand their market presence.
Each programme cycle runs for approximately 8–10 weeks and supports a cohort of 12–15 entrepreneurs with disabilities.
Expected impact metrics include:
• 100% of participants complete business and digital commerce modules
• Minimum 12 business improvement action plans developed
• At least 10 businesses actively using social media for sales
• 60–70% of participants demonstrate income growth within 3–6 months
Beyond business outcomes, SAY LEAD builds confidence, strengthens digital inclusion, and fosters peer support networks among entrepreneurs with disabilities, helping create a more inclusive local economy.
