Book Dash introduction

If you’re reading this and can see the ‘funding available’ sign in your region, you might be eligible to receive all the necessary funding required to implement 'Books for a Sustainable Future' in your local community.

Once you've completed your ChangeX 30 Day Challenge successfully and funding has been allocated to you, you should follow 'Step 1' of the accessible toolkit under resources (this includes detailed instructions of how to reach Book Dash). (Make sure to open the toolkit for your region)

We will set up a 30-minute introduction call where we will explain the process, timelines, resources you’ll need and what to get in place in order to document every step of the process so that you can replicate the programme again and again. We also will discuss how to identify potential distribution partners in your community that will benefit from the programme and this will also be an opportunity for you to ask all the questions you might have.

Are you ready? Let’s get started! With our support, you’ll soon:

  • print 1,000 copies of 2 Book Dash books, and
  • gift these 2 Book Dash books to 1,000 children in your community!

About Books for a Sustainable Future

""We are driven by a profound belief in the transformative power of books and the desire to create a brighter future for the youngest members of my community. Books for Bright Futures is more than a project; it is a mission to instill a love of reading, promote educational equity, and empower our community to thrive." Dr Carol and her team distributed Book Dash books pertaining to the environment through their "Pages & Plants: Salsa Sprouts Indoor Adventure with Books" initiative. The Salsa Sprouts program combines the fun of gardening with the excitement of cooking, providing children and their families with a complete experience from seed to salsa.https://www.changex.org/books-for-bright-futures/douglasville-ga-30134"
